1/ Accelerated Success Programme In Real Estate (ASPIRE)

2/ Discuss with Ron Lim
An interactive and sincere conversation with Ron will provide you with a boost of confidence and energy, which will fuel your preparation journey for the RES course and exams.
While you are busy with RES, Ron will be busy with preparing your successful onboarding to the family.
3/ RES Course
RES Course Registration and CEA Verification needs to be conducted at PropNex's subsidiary, Life Mastery Academy in Toa Payoh. Upon completion of the course and successful passing of the exam, you will receive a Certificate. Thereafter, you will need to register for your CEA licence through PropNex.
4/ Ron Lim Personal Training
With the successful completion of your RES exam and CEA registration, Ron will commence the personalised training for you. In these sessions, you will learn from Ron's experiences and knowledge.
Ron and the team will be on hand to guide and help you every step of the way through the regular meet-ups and training sessions.
b) RES Revision
Our MLD in house RES Revision was initiated to assist and provide support to our aspiring realtors to revise and pass their exams! The program helps aspiring team leaders and managers to equip their skill sets. Revision classes are conducted just a few weeks before exam to keep all participants fresh for their papers! Many have benefited and passed their exams after attending!
c) Advance Prospecting Group
New agents benefit from advance prospecting group training to kick start their business in real estate.
Existing Real Estate Sales Person (RES)
Many existing agents do not get the support that they need from their team. At RLD, we provide adequate support to grow the team to achieve greater things.
The existing agents also benefit from multiple training modules that MLD and RLD offers such as advance prospecting, RES Revision (get in touch with the basic), advance connection group, orientation, roadshows and more. This way, the RLD provides all the support for team building where agents can focus on making sales.

3/ Transferring to PropNex
To transfer your CEA licence from your current agency to PropNex, your CPD points need to be current and fulfilled.
After the successful transfer of your CEA licence, you will be notified and your journey to success commences.

With the successful completion of your CEA licence transfer, Ron will commence the personalised training for you. In these sessions, you will learn from Ron's experiences and knowledge.
Ron and the team will be on hand to guide and help you every step of the way through the regular meet-ups and training sessions.
